Alex took the reins on Kristy’s horse Unlimited today as Kirsty was left at home to teach and was 2nd in the RIHS INT SH missing the ticket by just a point! (Again!) And Claudia Pye was also 2nd in the mixed height open Show Pony class which qualified them for the summer champs.

NORTH OF ENGLAND SPRING SHOW

Sat 17th Apr 2010

Today was an easy day with just three horses on board, first in the ring were Kirsty and Unlimited who went very well to be placed 3rd in the RIHS INT SHP Class, on joint 2nd marks. Lacey Mandy and Sophie Leigh Clements were unfortunately not placed in the Heritage Lead Rein due to the judge not liking Mandy’s clip lines so we will all be scrubbing Mandy’s legs this week! And Alex and Joel Isherwoods Abergeveny TYwysog weren’t placed in a 27 strong RIHS Large Breeds class but Harry did us proud behaving like a true gent when he is still only a novice.
